• Business & financial data — the income, expenses, categories, receipts, and settings you enter.
• Billing information — if you subscribe, payment details are collected and processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage & technical data — basic logs needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Calculate your profit figures and generate reports you request.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Secure accounts and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Respond to support requests and send important service notices.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your financial data for advertising.

If you use the optional in-app assistant, the questions you send and a summary of the relevant business metrics are processed to generate a response. We do not use your conversations to train public models.

We share data only with providers that help us run the Service — such as authentication, database and application hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and AI inference. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

We protect your data with secure authentication, access controls that isolate each account's data, encrypted connections, and private, signed links for uploaded receipts. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can delete businesses and transactions at any time, and you may request deletion of your account and associated data.
